Buyer used an invalid / wrong address at checkout. Shipped item to eBay provided address and was returned by the USPS because of bad address (how would I know?).
Buyer filled an INR and lost case because of tracking uploaded (delivered to me). Upon return I refunded cost of keyboard accessory minus out of pocket shipping cost Buyer filed refund request and auto won by eBay. I'm in the appeal process to get my $7.57 shipping cost to a fake address. Petty, but principal. Buyer has a history of leaving negative feedback so I would suggest not dealing with a below average intelligent buyer that cannot input a correct home address.

Onkyo TX-NR6100 AV Receiver

The buyer, Matt Oliver in Henderson, NV also known as 'Dan SHS' Houston, TX, was sent a pristine Onkyo TX-NR6100 working unit in my ad. After I accepted his return request, he sent back his trashed TX-NR6050. I opened a return case with eBay and sent photos of the receiver he sent me as proof. eBay decided in my favor and released my held funds AND refunded the buyer. Buyer then left negative feedback. I contacted eBay and they would not remove his negative feedback in spite me being reassured by reps that he wouldn't be able to do so since eBay ruled in my favor. Buyer gets to keep the working receiver I sent him. Look at his "Feedback left for others' and you see a trend of him harassing other sellers with negative feedback. Bad actor on eBay.

Nike puffer jacket

This person forced a return by saying "not as described" because it didn't fit them. Nike- very standard sizing. As standard as it gets. I do not accept returns. They sent me back the same jacket but obviously worn for a few days with no tag. (I sold it to them brand new with tags). I had no choice but to refund them fully. Don't know how they pulled this off but I'm going to try to appeal the case.

Camera

Buyer lowballs offers to sellers, attempts to get products as cheap as possible. Buyer then barrages seller with fake or false issues and statements, leaves negative comments or feedback, untruthful claims, attempts to gain refunds but never wants to return the products. Buyer resells products at higher rate indicating same product is in mint or perfect condition.

LEGO set

Buyer bought LEGO set. USPS showed item as delivered and GPS confirmed delivery location, but Buyer said he never received the item. When talking to the local post office, they said this guy has lots of "missing packages." A couple of days later, he miraculously found the LEGO set but said it was damaged in transit and started an ebay return. I accepted the return and when it showed up, the LEGO box was empty. He had cut the LEGO box seals, removed the contents, then shipped me an empty box back (with some other garbage in the box to get the weight correct). He is a scammer.

Buyer had buyer's remorse and decided to try to return item for "doesn't match description or photos" however in their comments they stated they were returning the item because it was one day off of the estimated delivery date. The item was shipped on time. A snow storm caused it to be one day late. The buyer had buyer's remorse and attempted to misuse returns to get free return shipping. Escalated this fraudulent buyer to eBay.

Contacted eBay eBay told me that she used a guest account. Buyer demanded that I refund her the money that she never ordered this item and they were too small I wasn't ever contacted. until November 1, eBay advised me to ask seller to do a return under the original name. She purchased the items on within three days. She threatenedme, I emailed the customer and told her that if she wanted to return the items in the original condition that she received them in for a refund minus the shipping cost she would have to pay return shipping. I would be More than happy to refund her according to the receipt of the item I never heard back from her.

This idiot bought a Moultrie Wireless trail cam from me. A month later, he opened an INAD claiming that it didn't save pictures to the internal SD. When I received the item back, it was missing its external antenna, essential for its wireless connection. Further, it was floating around in an unpadded box (eBay specifically instructs returns to be padded, and as an eBay seller himself, he SHOULD know better) and bounced around, dinging it up. He also neglected to wipe dirt and spiderwebs off the camera before sending it back. To top it all off, I put in an SD card, activated the camera, and of course, it saved pictures just fine.

Buyer purchased item - but did not pay. After submitting order they sent a message with several questions because they needed them answered before they'd pay, which should have been asked before purchase. Kept asking for more and more pictures, asked if things were included that don't even exist in the photos (or even the entire universe) and was extremely rude. Basically yelled at me threw text saying that I should be answering them immediately and doing everything they ask because they are spending money. Ended up cancelling because they were so rude and belligerent. All the signs of a future problem buyer.

This was actually a seller, not a buyer. They sold counterfeit/fake pokemon games then when I tried to return they: 1) played the deead relative card. 2) said it was my fault because he never stated they were original (even though he never said they were fake either and ebbay does not allow fakes). 3) went nuts sending tons of messages accusing me of being at fault because I should've known better since I was only spending $300 instead of $500. They are giving me the run around getting a return label. I just want to get rid of these fakes and get my money returned.

5 Separate Final Fantasy Magic the Gathering Cards

It is international, so while I shipped the items together, ebay shipped them separately from the international hub. 2 of the 5 arrived. The third one arrived, got a message saying I would be turned in for changing the listing image after sale. I only had 1 of this card, image cannot be altered in this manner. The image in this listing, and also the image of me holding all 5 cards together that I have sent him in a message, show a minor printing defect. Buyer did not mind. Asked for and received a discount for buying 5 cards. Claimed the final 2 cards were not received, despite them showing to be delivered. He has been getting his money back from ebays wallet. Ebay is essentially giving away merchandise to push international to anyone who complains, rather than banning them for making false accusations.

I obliged and once he couldn't follow through on buying, he requested the deposit back. I sent partial deposit back as goodwill. Then months later he requested the same, a deposit to hold but I refused and told him to buy it when he had the money. Once the item finally sold, he said good luck to the buyer. I was able to get one more for him and once he finally received it, stated it didn't meet his expectations because the coloring was not as good as the product pictures provided by the manufacturer. Since the product is handmade, each statue is different in some way from the next. He then requested a refund, which was refused as it's against our policy to accept returns for open items. After that he opened a chargeback stating it was broken or a defective product.

This chucklehead bought a $200 vintage camera lens from me, used it for a month, then opened a return on the very last day of my 30 day return window, stating the reason as "ordered by mistake." This would have been perfectly fine if I received the item back in similar condition to how it went out. However, not only had the lens obviously been heavily-used and dirtied, this idiot returned the fragile lens IN AN -ENVELOPE- WITH NO ADDITIONAL PADDING, leading it to be significantly damaged on the way back. This was an item that was sent to him in a well-padded box. Not only that, he stole the original matched branded caps and replaced them with cheap generics. Totally unethical buyer who "borrows" items for the extent of the return period, mistreats them, lies about why he bought them, then expects a full refund. Avoid at ALL costs.

Looking at the buyers profile its clear they wanted to resell this item and maybe the deal was not good enough for them. They ruined my 100% feedback score.
